No. Our evaluation identifies potential opportunities, constraints, and site-development needs. Required testing, design work, and local approvals still need to be completed as applicable. A builder’s site visit does not replace well or septic approvals or construction permits.
The home’s size, design complexity, materials, and finishes affect the construction price. Site development also matters: wooded acreage that needs clearing, a long driveway, and a well and septic system has different costs from a cleared lot with nearby utilities. We consider the site work alongside the home so you can assess the overall budget.
